Alpha Bloggers Award 2007

November 21, 2007 4:38 PM

Alpha Bloggers Award 2007 is now open for voting.

Alphabloggers1

Alpha Bloggers. I myself was picked twice in 2004 and 2006 (my name is not included in the 2004 list, though).

I'm really grateful to my regular readers, supporters and everyone who voted for me.

By the way, on the award site, Netafull is described as:

A blog that discreetly tells its readers wide range of news that they can talk about with their friends or colleagues. With its unique viewpoint, the breadth of topics and the volume of entries posted on everyday basis, Netafull is almost upstaging traditional news sites. If you are an avid fan of Macintosh or the Urawa Reds, this blog is a must read.

Good analysis ... right, "telling news discreetly" is my motto. I'd use the phrase!

This year (2007), the nominees were chosen by the current Alpha Bloggers via questionare.

So yes, I did recommend some blogs, too. Here's the three I picked:

* Koichi Ito's W-ZERO3 Cheering Party
* shiology
* Inu Ni Kaburasero!

My reasons for recommendation are found on each page.

You might wonder what an "Alpha Blogger" is anyway. The award site states it as "an author of a blog that has great influence on people" ...

But that does not necessarily mean the number of page views. There are blogs that does not have huge page views but provide impressive and unforgettable stories. I want more people to know these blogs, and the three blogs I recommended are some examples.

If you share their "tastes", I'm sure you love them.

You can recommend your favorite bloggers as well, so please visit the site and cast a vote. it seems a special event is scheduled, too.
