Asiajin is a blog dedicated to introducing Japanese Web services to the world.

According to an article titled “A programming genius and a popular blogger established an English blog that introduces made-in-Japan Web services to the world [jp]”:

Co-founder Shunichi Arai, CEO of Mellowtone, has a title of “Genius Programmer” bestowed by IPA's Exploratory Software Project. Another co-founder, Hiroki Akimoto of Cybozu Labs, is known as an “Alpha blogger (a-list blogger)" in Japan.

As a blog penned by a programming genius and an influential blogger, Asiajin has already been attracting a lot of attention from Japanese people.

According to the article, the goal of Asiajin is to “introduce excellent made-in-Japan services to the world and help them enter foreign markets.” They might start consulting services in the future.

I think it’s a good endeavor to transmit information on Japan to the world in English. This site would help those who are interested in reading information on Japan in English.
