"Flavored with Japanese special sauce called "YUZU PONZU", Nattō tastes more delicious !

"YUZU PONZU" is Japanese ponzu sauce mixed with Japanese special lime called "YUZU".

My favorite "YUZU PONZU" is Kikkoman brand "YUZUKA", I recently bought. It started up to me as like, "How about eating Nattō with YUZUKA ?"

I have loved to mixed up Nattō with various type of sauce like Korean Kimuchi sauce called "Kimuchi No Moto" .

This time, "YUZUKA" is a hit !

I happend to use a little larger amount sauce, but it made delicious taste, mildly sticky paste with a full of "YUZU" flavour.

But I also added soy sauce attached. Might be a high salt content ? Next time I will take care it a little.

Nattō with"YUZUKA" produced springlike and refresh Nattō.
