How to eat sushi in a good manner

I found Sushi Etiquette...an illustration of a good manner when eating sushi.

Besides sushi manners as picking up sushi by chopsticks or fingers , not to dip rice into soy sauce, plain illustrations show bad manners when you eat sushi.

Bad manners are as follows; rub chopsticks, cut sushi into half, dip rice into soy sauce, put wasabi into soy sauce and so on.

It's not a good manner to hand some money to a such maker. This suppose you might give him a tip

You'd better tell about a good manner when you eat sushi with a guest from abroad. ？
