Most popular lessons among working women in Tokyo area

Guess what is the most popular earlybird/after-work/weekend lesson among working women in Tokyo area now?

According to an article entitled "CouponLand survey on working women's favorite lessons [jp]":

PSY-fa, the publisher of a free magazine "CouponLand", announced the results of its survey on working women's earlybird/after-work/weekend lessons.

About 500 working women living in the Tokyo metropolitan area answered the online survey.

According to the results, the most regularly taken lesson was --- Yoga!

Unexpectedly or not, I didn't know Yoga was such a popular activity in Japan.

The second most popular lesson was Cooking, and English came to the third. These two are kind of all-time favorites, I suppose.

However, the top answer was "nothing special", though.

The most popular lessons women answered they would like to try next were also Yoga, Cooking, and English, respectively.
