Hidetoshi Nakata urges people to go to the Upper House election

Hidetoshi Nakata published a video entitled "Take Action! 7.29" on YouTube in which he urges people to take part in the coming Upper House election. I am not sure why he's doing this now though... kind of a surprise to me...
